Product Overview

Eolo's Room Temperature Asphalt Plant (RCA Series) represents next-generation eco-friendly road construction technology. Unlike conventional hot mix asphalt plants that require production temperatures of 160–180°C, the RCA series operates at ambient (room) temperature using specially formulated asphalt emulsion or cold-mix binders. This drastically reduces fuel consumption by up to 40%, eliminates hazardous high-temperature fumes, and significantly lowers CO2 emissions. The RCA-15 model produces 15 tons per hour and is ideal for road maintenance, rural road construction, and patch repair works. Larger models up to 200 t/h are available for highway-scale projects. Each plant features precision aggregate weighing, automated binder injection, a powerful twin-shaft pugmill mixer, and a full PLC control system.
