Service Overview

Eolo's room temperature asphalt (warm mix asphalt) production equipment represents the next generation of eco-friendly road construction technology. By lowering the production temperature by 30-40°C compared to conventional hot mix asphalt, our equipment significantly reduces fuel consumption, carbon emissions, and harmful fumes while delivering pavement quality that meets or exceeds traditional standards. The system uses advanced foaming technology and chemical additive injection to achieve proper asphalt binder viscosity at reduced temperatures. Our equipment is designed for seamless integration with existing batching plant infrastructure and can be customized for various production capacities from 80 to 400 tons per hour.
